Thank you for your interest in applying to be a participant and fulfill an important role at the Vandalia Renaissance and Fantasy Faire! The themed event will run for three days, October 9, 10, 11, 2026. The application forms to participate as a craft merchant can be found on this website. Also available is additional information such as specific dates and the costs and requirements for participation.
Notifications to selected applicants will be made in a timely manner with event information packets and contracts delivered by email shortly thereafter.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are juried into the festival, you will be required to have a Kentucky Sales Tax number
and have your license posted in your booth. It is your responsibility to acquire this license.
You will be responsible for reporting Kentucky State Sales Taxes.
