Thank you for your interest in becoming a Food/Drink vendor for the October 9, 10, 11 2026 VRAFF event a three-day Renaissance & Fantasy Faire themed event in Olive Hill, Kentucky.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. VRAFF reserves the sole right to accept or deny any application for any reason, including but not limited to: space limitations, vendor mix, duplication of products, or overall festival fit. All decisions are final.
